Alexander + Lynn = Alexynn
The name comes from the combination of our middle names — Peter's Alexander and Kristin's Lynn — and it reflects what Alexynn actually is: a true partnership of complementary minds.
Peter is a lifelong musician who approaches business the way he approaches the stage — master the craft so deeply that in the moment, your sole focus is on connecting with your audience. Kristin is a forensic accountant with an instinct for brand building and deeply emotional customer relationships.
Together, we bring creative and analytical thinking to every company we build and every client we advise. Alexynn started when Peter left IBM to co-found his first startup, and IBM kept him on retainer as a strategic advisor. That pattern — launching ventures while helping other leaders think differently — became the foundation of everything we do.
